5. Subscription and Payment

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are managed through Qonversion and your device's app store
• Payment is charged through your app store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to the app store's refund policy. Contact your app store for refund inquiries.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Intellectual Property

• Google Translate API for translation services
• Google Sign-In for authentication
• Supabase for backend services
• Qonversion for subscription management

9. Disclaimers

Translation Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, translations are provided "as is" and may not always be perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velingo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscriptions.
